once you are assigned a buddy, you have TWO WEEKS to get to know them, compile the answers for this survey, and update your journal with the survey. this is only meant to help you in finding things to discuss with your buddy. once two weeks has passed, if you still wish to use this to get to know your buddy better, please go ahead! you are NOT required to fill out this survey. in order for your survey to count for ten points, please follow the directions in EACH table below. if you're inspired, you are in no way confined to the suggestions and you can give more than the required number. keep in mind that you are filling out the survey, but your buddy is the subject of the questions. it's like a test to see how well you got to know them ;)

basicsthese three quick details will be required with every buddy survey. consider it a refresher, since it can be tricky to keep track of dozens of dates and cities.

name:
birthday & age:
hometown:

big questionsplease pick five questions from here, here, or ones that you've made up to answer about your buddy. do not give one word answers, whether that means having them explain their answer or you adding what you personally thought about the answer.

wrestling-relatedwe all know what the life is like, most of us have worked together, and we've probably answered these questions hundreds of times. but, humor us. pick one question from here or make up your own wrestling-related question to answer about your buddy.

would you ratherask eight would you rather/this or that type of questions. these can be one word. there's far too many possibilities here, so try googling for ideas and to help you decide how serious or silly you'd like to be.

the favoritesinstead of only discussing favorites, please find at least one thing that both of you enjoy or give one of their favorite things a chance and share what you thought about it. below are some possible categories, but you are absolutely not confined to these.

movies, tv shows, music, candy/snacks, animals, games, books, hobbies, sports (non-wrestling), cartoon characters, rollercoasters, recipes to cook

get creativeonce you've spent a sufficient time getting to know your buddy, put together something that represents what you've learned. try to make it personal in some way, but it could be anything from inside jokes to a clever arrangement of facts. this is the one item that will be 100% from you, rather than something you can reiterate straight from your buddy. below are some ideas:

draw a portrait, tell a (fictional) story, make a mixtape
